Robert R. (Bob) Sarratt - Bob has over 38 years of experience in industry and Army performing and managing CIE design, development, fabrication, testing, procurement, manufacturing, supplying, issuing, altering, training, and use at all levels from sweeper in a textile mill to Project Manager of Army CIE. During his Army experience, Bob (then Colonel Sarratt) spent four years as the Army Project Manager- Clothing and Individual Equipment (CIE) and five years in managing the technical and quality assurance of CIE at the Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC).

 

Howard A. Kellner – Howard is experienced in domestic manufacturing and factory operations for over 30 years with a strong emphasis in supply chain management and production control.  He has held senior executive positions in sourcing, product development, and quality assurance/quality control and accreditation in MTM Engineering Processes. 

 

Tanya Wu – Tanya has a strong background in marketing and supply chain management.  She provides the contract awardees with contract administration support, Government report assistance, and coordination of supplier activities.

 

In Memoriam - Emil M. Kellner, founder of Industry Contract Consultants, passed away July 28, 2010, at age 86. In spite of failing health, Emil was active in the business until a few days before he passed. His spirit, tenacity, and interest in helping small businesses work with the Government will endure as we continue the business he loved.
