Commitment Retainer and Processing Fee
The bid preparation will take about four to six work weeks, during which time we will require your assistance, input, and cooperation. As your part of the commitment, we will require a retainer as a processing cost for each bid. This ensures us of your continued dedication to sincerely seek the contract and proceed in earnest throughout the bid preparation and pre-award process. Virtually all of the cost for our services is carried by us. We assume the largest financial risk --- creating the team at minimal cost to you, while offering us the incentive to do everything we can to ensure success in obtaining the award.
As an additional service, and part of our proposal, we travel to your facility and work directly with you, your staff, and your sample maker (s) right on the sewing floor, guiding you step-by-step through the manufacturing process outlined in the specification. This facilitates the process of learning the government procedures, assisting you tremendously, in constructing a fully acceptable, pre-qualifying sample for certification by any of the agencies. Your only cost is our travel expenses associated with this service.
After the Award
Following the award, we will support you and be your agent, representing you at all times, and maintaining liaison with the government personnel throughout the entire term of the contract, including guidance, technical support, appearance at your plant during major events and conferences, tracking payments to ensure timely remittances.
Fee Structure
Our fee for consulting and other support services is based on the size of the contract. A full disclosure of all fees, retainers, and terms of payment will be outlined prior to initiation of work. Travel and Out-of-Pocket Expenses are invoiced separately and will not exceed $250 without prior
